Capix

This season Capix came out with a new line of snowboarding helmets with large caps. These helmets became popular very very fast, but some poeple have issues with theses helmets. Some say that they are not safe and that they make no point for a helmet because of their caps. Some companies such as bern have discountinued their large caps and made them much smaller. What do you think about this? Do you feel that you would be more safe with a normal helmet , or that there is not a diffrence? Which one do you prefer the large caps, the small caps or no caps?
